new BUILDING DESIGN
We provide structural design for buildings of all sizes and complexity, from the foundation to the roof. We work closely with the Architect and Owner to ensure the structural design complements their vision. We have a broad knowledge and expertise of code requirements, using all types of building materials: structural steel, reinforced concrete, lumber, timber, Cold-Formed Metal-Framing (CFMF), and Concrete Masonry Unit (CMU). We work with the Architect and Owner to determine a cost-effective structural solution. Our project experience includes buildings in all markets - residential, commercial, industrial, municipal, etc. We have experience working on multiple project delivery methods including Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build.

renovations
A large portion of our experience involves working with existing structures. As the inventory of the built environment continues to grow, more and more structures are being renovated. We work with the Architect and Owner to conduct a feasibility study to determine if the existing structure complies with current code requirements for the new direction of the space and what structural changes would need to be performed. We have experience designing structural modifications including modifying floor layout and loading, removing load bearing walls/columns, adding stairs and elevators, supporting new equipment, adding an addition (either horizontal or vertical), and re-cladding of the existing structure.
building INFORMATION MODELING
Our team utilizes Autodesk Revit to allow for coordination and integration of architectural, structural, and MEP design on projects by producing full 3-dimensional (3D) models of structures. We also utilize Revit to produce construction documents. We strive to continue to grow with the changes that BIM has brought to design, documentation, construction of projects, and facilities management in the industry.
CONSTRUCTION SERVICES
We work with contractors to provide guidance throughout the construction phase of the project, through the following services:

We also provide delegated design services including structural steel connection design, as-built structural modeling, Cold-Formed Metal-Framing (CFMF) design and detailing, and concrete and reinforcement detailing.
